William Street

Sunday afternoons stirred a dream in us, sauntering the boutique shops on Lakeshore, down by the harbour and around the sleepy streets adorned with unique historic properties along the shores of Lake Ontario. A dream of leaving the urban sprawl to build our home and business in the charming town of Oakville, just west of Toronto.

In hind sight it’s no small wonder the series of events that had to fall in place leading us to such a remarkable 25 year chapter in this beautiful community.

It took six years and lots of sweat equity, but buried under this tired little Arts and Crafts cottage on William was a wonderful property waiting for new vision and transformation. This became our place of learning, our education, our initiation into the world of design and more importantly it became our first real home.
