Dressing The Garden

Things have certainly progressed since my last post in May. In spite of COVID it’s been a very busy summer on the homestead and that’s my excuse for the long silence on Fussy Gardener.

Lake-house is painted and most of the hardscaping completed so now for the fun part, dressing the garden. Lots of Hicks Yews and Green Velvet Boxwood to frame the structure of the landscape and beds. Still waiting patiently for our lawn and driveway. I’ve been planting like a maniac and spending plenty of time at Nurseries finding just the right stock for each corner of this important next chapter of completion. Trying to get everything in place before winter settles in.

More to be revealed, so stay tuned, fall is nearly here…
